Why you use the Rubery Round?

We use The Rubery Round as we are both shift workers. Bailey loves spending time with Jo as it gives him a chance to socialise with other dogs in a safe environment. Bailey’s reaction when he sees Jo is a total joy. Bailey can be quite anxious at first but Jo is always encouraging him to play with other dogs. Bailey is always shattered when he comes back from his walks and can tell he’s had so much fun.

We love seeing the live videos on Facebook and communication is always great.

Breed: Spreagle (Mutt)

Age: 5 months

Why you use the Rubery Round?

Smwt is a very friendly puppy who loves the company of other dogs. He took to Jo straight away – she’s so good with him, and happily jumps in the van without a backwards glance.

What your pooch loves most about the round?

From the moment I hear the van pull up outside, I’m full of excitement. Jo always gives me a cwtch before I get in because I’m still getting used to the other dogs and their excited barks! I love to go exploring with the gang up into the woods, sniffing out the interesting smells and playing chase with my doggy friends. Jo takes photos for my mum and dad just so they know how happy I am when I’m with the Rubery Round. I love every minute when I’m out with Jo and fall happily asleep as soon as I get home.

We use rubery round due to us working full time as Finley loves long walks where he can run and explore.

We use rubery round as we all work full time, it allows Wilson to go for a nice long walk in the day.

What your pooch loves most about the round?

Wilson is in completely safe hands with Jo, being a small dog it can be intimidating to be around bigger dogs. Jo takes great care of Wilson and encourages him to play with the others. Wilson’s confidence is growing due to walking with Jo.

Little Bowie has a lot of energy and when we both at work all day he needs a walk!

What your pooch loves most about the round?

Bowie loves playing with other dogs and its a great way to keep him socialised. Bowie is deaf from birth and loves being part of the rubery pack for long walkies!

Why you use the Rubery Round?

We use them because our dog is very sociable and we want him to mix with as many dogs as possible.

I heard about Rubery Round through very positive word of mouth from many people within my area. Jo is so lovely and I could tell when I met her she was a MASSIVE dog lover! She takes good care of our Mowgli and takes him out twice a week. He is always buzzing when he sees the car pull up outside and is bouncing when he comes back. Jo carefully selects dogs with other dogs down to their personality- ensuring all our dogs have the best time. Would 100% recommend!

Why you use the Rubery Round?

We don’t know what we would do without Jo of The Rubery Round.

Jo looks after our one-year old, crazy cocker spaniel, Finn!

We love that The Rubery Round gives Finn the opportunity to socialise in a caring environment. With no more than 4 dogs at any one time, Finn has lots of attention and stimulation – which he loves! Finn comes home shattered, which tells us he has had a busy and fun-filled day!

Communication is always excellent with Jo; we love seeing live videos and photos posted on The Rubery Round Facebook page.

Why you use the Rubery Round?

We use the Rubery Round because we work fairly long days. I have complete peace of mind when I know Jeeves is going to have a visit or walk from Jo, and I know that Jo and her family love Jeeves to bits.

Jo has been very supportive and extremely helpful in helping us care for Jeeves while he has been recovering from an accident, she really has gone above and beyond for us, for which we are entirely grateful.

Jeeves loves walks with the Rubery Round because he visits great locations where lots of interesting things to chase!

Why you use the Rubery Round: We use the Rubery Round for the days both myself and my partner are in work, as they’re long days and we don’t want Bailey alone for too long. Jo comes around and keeps him company and gets him out of the house for a lovely walk. He’s only a pup at the moment, but he can’t wait to join the rest of the round on some of the amazing walks Jo takes them on. Jo always looks forward to taking Bailey out which gives me comfort knowing he’s in safe, caring and trustworthy hands.

Why you use the Rubery Round?

We both work full time and don’t want Coco to be left on her own all day.

What your pooch loves most about the round?

I wuff Pat and Jo because they give me lots of treats and strokes. I get to do zoomies with my new friends and I look forward to my walkies every day!

Why you use the Rubery Round?

I use the Rubery Round because working full time, it’s hard to find the time to take Fernie out every day and let her off the lead to run about with other dogs. Jo genuinely loves taking Fernie out and I know Fernie is in safe hands. Fernie loves the company of the other dogs and having the freedom to run about with them.

Why you use the Rubery Round?

We use the service as and when there are days we are both at work. It gives us peace of mind when we are not there that someone can go in and check on her, give her some exercise and get out of the house for a while. We love that they go for long trips to great destinations rather than the normal street routes.

What your pooch loves most about the round?

Ruby says “I get to do zoomies when mum has to go the office, and I can play with all my doggy mates. Joanne is lovely too!”

Why you use the Rubery Round?

I use the Rubery round so that I know my boy is looked after by someone that I trust when I am in work. I also use the Rubery round so that I can work without worrying that my boy is on his own all day and I know that he gets to go out and about with other dogs and have some exercise and fun.

What your pooch loves most about the round?

Nemo loves being around people and other dogs. He loves being able to go out and play with other pooches and be fussed over.

Both my husband and I work full time and we needed a trustworthy service which would provide the same amount of love for our pups as we do.

What your pooch loves most about the round?

Sid is only 5 months old and he definitely acts it. He loves Jo from the minute he can hear her putting the key in the door. He loves to squeak until she has given him some fuss. He loves having someone to look forward to in middle of his day so he can have fuss and a play.

Why you use the Rubery Round?

We use Rubery round as the service is excellent. Jo is considerate of each dogs needs and when Harvey was struggling with sitting in the back of the van came up with a solution to resolve this. Jo is really good with Harvey and he looks forward to his walks. Since walking with Jo he has become a different dog, calmer in temperament and even now enjoys walking in the rain which previously he would refuse to budge!

What your pooch loves most about the round?

Harvey really enjoys mixing with the other dogs and making new friends.

Name of pooch: Toby

Breed: Bearded Collie

Age: 4 years

Why you use the Rubery Round?

I work full time so can only walk Toby in the evenings, since the fireworks, Toby has been afraid to go outside in the dark so I found he was going days and days without being walked and as a working dog breed it was stressing him out. Now I know that at least once a week he gets to go and run and run and run. Since starting on the Rubery Round, I have found Toby easier to walk because he’s quicker to come back when he’s called. I assume its because he knows its not the last time he’ll get to have some fun. So we all win!

What your pooch loves most about the round?

My other dog is a yorkshire terrier so he doesnt often get to play with dogs his own size!

Pepe is a social butterfly, he absolutely loves people and from the minute he met Jo, he was smitten. He loves the lots of cuddles Jo gives.

Why you use the Rubery Round?

I use the Rubery Round so Hank can be exercised while myself and my husband are at work. Hank loves going to the beach, playing with his friends and chasing rabbits in the dunes!

Breed: Jackahuahua

Why you use the Rubery Round?

Jack and Max LOVE their time out with Jo on The Rubery Round! They get to run and play with their four legged buddies on the days I can’t take them out. Jo is so lovely and accommodating and I know they are very well looked after and happy!

Breed: Bernedoodle

Age: 6 months

Why you use the Rubery Round?

We both work full time and we don’t want Denver to be stuck at home all the time in the week with nothing to stimulate him. It also means that for two nights a week we get down time to enjoy our evening knowing the Denver is content and tired. Jo had been looking after Denver since he was 16 weeks old and they have a great relationship Denver adores her and we trust her fully with him.

What your pooch loves most about the round?

Denver loves his days with Jo and loves playing with the other dogs. He is very sociable and loves to play.

Breed: Whippet

Age: 6 months

Why you use the Rubery Round?

We use Jo because we are busy at work (& school) through the day so Arlo still gets lots of fresh air and exercise.

What your pooch loves most about the round?

Arlo loves playing with all his doggy friends on the round. He loves the freedom of being off the lead and visiting lots of different places. He is always super excited to see Jo and her two pooches too!
